Ingredients

• Mixture of seeds of your choice
• Soy Sauce

Method

• Add seeds and a generous sprinkle of soy sauce into the pan
• Stir well over medium/high heat until they pop and go brown, stirring often
• Allow to cool
• Eat, yum!
• Great served over a salad or as a snack
