π³ Celebrating a Wild and Wonderful Term – Our End-of-Year Forest Kindergarten Party π
As the summer sun danced through the treetops, our Forest Kindergarten in Devon came alive with music, laughter, and celebration for our Wildlings’ end-of-term forest school event. It was a joyful occasion to reflect on a term full of outdoor learning, new friendships, and magical moments in nature.
π A Woodland Celebration to Remember
Set in the heart of our beautiful woodland, this celebration was everything we cherish about child-led learning and nature-based activities for children. There were bubbles floating high above the trees, the sound of children singing, and a forest filled with smiles.
Our Wildlings were beaming as they sang their favourite songs, received graduation certificates, and proudly showed their families the special corners of the woods where they learn and play. These moments truly capture the spirit of outdoor education, full of discovery, growth, and joy.
π Sweet Treats and Forest Fun
Families joined us for a picnic-style feast under the trees, with delicious watermelon, cake, and ice lollies to keep everyone cool and happy. Face painting, free play, and a playful crafts corner added to the festive feel, a true woodland celebration.
The party was a perfect reflection of our ethos at Wildlings: freedom to explore, celebrate, and connect with each other and the natural world.
π± Looking Ahead to More Woodland Adventures
As we waved a heartfelt goodbye to our school-leaving Wildlings, we felt so proud of the confident, curious children theyβve become. We wish them all the best in their next adventure and look forward to welcoming new families this September.
Thank you for being part of our Forest Kindergarten community. Your support helps make Wildlings the nurturing, inspiring space it is.
Hereβs to another wild and wonderful year ahead! πΏ
