DESCRIPTION:Autumn Gathering\n\n\nStep away from the noise of everyday life and join us for a peaceful autumn morning in the woods.\nAs the seasons begin to change\, take time to slow down\, breathe deeply\, and reconnect with nature\, with others\, and with yourself.\nSet beneath our beautiful woodland tarp\, you’ll be welcomed into a calm\, friendly space where there’s no pressure to perform\, no expectations… just space to be.\n\nWhat to expect\n\n\nWe’ll begin with a relaxed welcome circle to help you settle into the space and leave the outside world behind.\nFrom there\, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully curated morning celebrating the beauty of autumn.\n\nAutumn Nature Mandalas\n\n\nUsing leaves\, seed heads\, pinecones and other woodland treasures\, create your own beautiful autumn mandala. This mindful activity encourages creativity\, presence and a deeper connection with the natural world.\n\nNature Weaving Frames\n\n\nCraft your own woodland weaving using natural materials gathered from around the forest. A wonderfully calming activity that celebrates the colours and textures of the season.\n\nCampfire Cooking\n\n\nGather around the campfire as we cook a delicious apple & blackberry crumble\, served with warm custard.
