Team Building
Exciting challenges for your office, department or team
A Touch of the Wild Team Building days We understand that a day away from work means business, so we aim to provide team building activities that will enhance your employees’ skills in communication, negotiation, leadership and time management. The outcome will be that your staff will feel motivated and enthused with enhanced self-confidence. We can tailor our activities to suit your aims and objectives for the day. As we know, every company, team and person responds differently, so we make sure that our approach is guided by you. We can also facilitate an opportunity to discuss department/team issues in an open and supportive environment. You can choose from our popular “off the peg” challenge – Survival Mission – or we can create a bespoke event to suit your group. What others have to say...
Survival Mission
Can your group complete our “Survival Mission”? Use your navigation skills to find our camp, where you will be set tasks and a challenge for the day – what do you need to do to survive in the woods? Firstly, build a one man squirrel shelter to keep you warm and dry even in the most challenging weather conditions. Next we’ll learn how to find the right wood and prepare the campfire – who will be first to get it alight using fire steels? Survival is hard work and you’ll need to keep your strength up so it’s time to forage for wild foods to eat. (But don’t worry – we will have sausages to hand so no-one goes hungry). Once your fire is alight it is time to cook your own food over the campfire… but will your shelter withstand the water test? This is a great team-building event that will have you discussing it for weeks afterwards!
