We are delighted to be running our popular forest school Ilsington After School Club again in the Autumn term.

The children will be collected from the school gate at 3.30pm by Hannah and Tara for two hours of fun forest school activities, including crafts, games, campfire cooking, den building, fire lighting & stream play! We provide hot chocolate & biscuits at the end of the activities and the children will be dropped off at the top of Simms hill in the village at 5.30pm.

Dates: Thursdays from 14th September – 19th October 2017 (14th, 21st, 28th September, 5th, 12th, 19th October)

Cost: £51.00 for the first child and £93 for two children for the 6 week term, (which works out at just £8.50 per child and £7 for the second sibling, per session).

By completing the booking you are consenting to:

• I give consent for my child to take part in the activities.
• I give my consent for A Touch of the Wild to use photos and/or video footage taken during the club to be used for publicity and marketing materials (if not, please do get in touch by email).
• I give my consent for A Touch of the Wild staff to administer first aid treatment and over the counter medication to my child/children if required (including plasters and anti-histamine).
• In the unlikely event of an accident, I consent for my child/children to receive emergency medical treatment

If you have recently completed a registration form for your child (eg. last term) then there is no need to complete all the fields on this form, but please do fill out any fields where your/your child’s details have changed.  Many thanks.
