A delicious springtime campfire treat, using foraged wild garlic to make this favourite snack. Easy to make with your little ones and just as easy to make at home!
1 generous bunch of wild garlic roughly chopped Heavy whipping cream (one that is not ultra-pasteurised work much more easily) Clover or parsley (optional) You’ll also need two or three clean marbles, a clean/clear container with a tight fitting lid, a wooden spoon
Pour the cream into the container and add the clean marbles
Put the lid on tightly and begin to shake the contents up and down, and side to side.
It will get lumpy and the whey (a watery, milky liquid) will separate out.
