Try at home – Wild Garlic and hazelnut pesto!

We are wild garlic mad at ATOTW, so here’s an interesting recipe for wild garlic and hazelnut pesto. Give it a try and let us know what you think!


1 bunch wild garlic (there’s no such thing as too much!)
1 small bunch parsley (optional)
50g hazelnuts (roasted)
75g feta (you can use parmesan if you prefer, but feta makes it extra creamy)
50ml olive oil
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste


  1. Add the wild garlic and parsley to a food processor until well broken up
  2. Add the cheese of choice and blend again as this will create a nice even texture
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, slowly adding the olive oil until you reach your desired thickness.
  4. ENJOY!
