Leaf Biscuit Recipe


By popular demand of Wild Tots parents we’re sharing our favourite leaf biscuit recipe with you. These delicious biscuits are cooked over the campfire between leaves!

Ingredients
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp water/milk

Method
Mix sugar, vanilla, oil. Then add flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt.
Shape into balls and squash between two beech/hazel leaves, lightly grease the pan, then fry. Will harden when cools. You can eat the leaves as well!
